Hello everyone,

On Sunday April 15, before Zumba I am going to offer a Movement Meditation class at 10:15am. We will finish a few minutes before Zumba starts at 11am. This class is going to incorporate some very light movement, basic Qi Gong principles and some stretching. I felt inspired to offer something like this to you after doing a class this weekend in Chicago with Kim Eng called Presence Through Movement.

This is going to be FREE for anyone with a Zumba pass or drop-in that day.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one since we will be seated and stretching on the floor for part of the class.
