Zumba starts again Sunday January 3rd.
I love new years, it’s a fresh start and a new beginning for great things. Many of us will be thinking about being or doing something new or different. I hope this year, you choose to do what you love and brings you joy.
If you haven’t tried Zumba and are thinking about doing it for the first time, I urge you to step into our amazing joyful world of Zumba.
I actually started dancing many years ago as a result of a New Years resolution list I scribbled down. On the list was many things I still haven’t done, almost twenty years later, but I did take up ‘Spanish dancing’ which is how I wrote it. This changed the entire path of my life, which I am so grateful. One moment, one decision, one phone call, can truly change everything. It can propel you to health, wellness and joy.
I have seen time and time again, how Zumba transforms people, and not just their bodies. I have had people tell me it has saved them from loneliness, depression and illness. I love Zumba. For me Zumba is about celebrating life and enjoying our precious existence in our incredible bodies and feeling the simple joy of that. Cheers to a joy filled 2016 for all of us!
Zumba 2016 Schedule: Wednesdays 6pm, Thursdays 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am, Sundays 11am at Dovercourt House near Bloor / Ossington, Bloor West Toronto. Everyone is welcome to join anytime.
