Latin Dance Technique Workshop, Saturday May 14th, 11am – 12:30pm – Dance technique workshop designed specifically for the moves and grooves we use in Zumba. This would benefit Zumba addicts or Zumba beginners, who might want to learn and improve your dance technique, for fun and also for safety. Stretch class after Zumba class on Sunday April 10, 2016

 Every now and again, I lecture about the importance of stretching. Of course we stretch at the end of every Zumba class, but I also encourage you, especially if your muscles feel ‘tight’, to do more deep stretching on your own. I’m going to do a free optional 20 mins stretch class after Zumba class on Sunday April 10th. We will start shortly after 12:00 and finish by 12:30pm the latest.
