Every now and again, I lecture about the importance of stretching. Of course we stretch at the end of every Zumba class, but I also encourage you, especially if your muscles feel ‘tight’, to do more deep stretching on your own.
I’m going to do a free optional 20 mins stretch class after Zumba class on Sunday April 10th. We will start shortly after 12:00 and finish by 12:30pm the latest.
I will do some basic static stretching (not yoga). It will be simple, easy, relaxing and effective stretching. Bring a mat! We will be sitting or on our backs for most of the stretching. This is optional and free if you have a month pass, 10-class pass or paid drop-in for the Sunday class.
